Shipping policy

At Classy Crafts, we’re proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Every frame is handcrafted, carefully packaged, and shipped directly from our studio in Saint Francis, Minnesota with the same care and attention we put into making each piece.
1. Processing Time
Each order is made to order and typically ships within 1-2 business days. During busy seasons or holidays, production times may vary slightly. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Shipping Costs
All orders include free standard shipping within the U.S.
If a return or exchange is approved under our Return & Refund Policy, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Outbound shipping on replacements (for approved exchanges or defective items) will continue to be covered by Classy Crafts.
3. Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship through USPS and UPS, with ground shipping as our standard delivery method.
Under certain circumstances, we can accommodate priority shipping requests for an additional fee. If you require faster delivery, please contact us before placing your order at Classycraftsusa@gmail.com to make arrangements.
You’ll receive tracking details once your order leaves our shop so you can monitor its progress.
4. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Classycraftsusa@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and item so we can quickly resolve the issue.
