Return Policy
You may return any NON-PERSONALIZED item within 15 days of the delivery date. No returns accepted after the 15 days. PERSONALIZED items are non-returnable.
If free shipping was offered on your original order, the original shipping charge will be deducted from your return credit. We are not responsible for the return shipping cost of the merchandise.
Package and return item the same way you received it, ship USPS Priority Mail. You may want to get tracking as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Via PayPal, a PayPal refund will be issued.
